You will be tasked with utilising your experience working in a bustling HR office and providing admin support to the UK HR team Client Details This company is innovative in their design and prides themselves in putting their customers first. Description The key responsibilities for this HR Coordinator based in Hayes includes but are not limited to: - Provide a first point of contact for managers and staff with HR related questions and requests - Participate in projects aimed at improving HR service delivery to the business - Provide data required for payroll in a timely and accurate manner, and support routine and adhoc processes - Administer end-to-end the new starter and leaver processes - Create documents in support of a range of HR processes, including recruitment, leavers and other events - Using Workday to process reports, etc. Profile The successful HR Coordinator for this role in Hayes is: - Self-motivated with a 'go-get it' attitude - Strong organisationally, with the ability to multi-task ever changing priorities - Flexible with their approach to work - Extremely computer literate (preferably with Workday experience, but any HRIS experience is fine) - Able to work with and manage both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner - CIPD qualified (min L3, or working towards CIPD currently) Job Offer If successful, you can look forward to the following benefits: - 23 days holiday bank holidays - Employer matched contribution pension scheme - Private medical insurance - Opportunity to grow with the company
