Overview

From processing monthly payroll, to administrating employee benefits and becoming a systems champion, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your analytic abilities from a HR perspective. You will also take ownership in producing weekly reports on sickness and absence reports, headcount reports, annual leave reports, gender and diversity stats etc. Client Details The client sits within the Financial Services sector, and its a key player in its niche trading market. The organisation has been established for a number of centuries and is continuing to grow, with offices In Europe and Asia. Description -Collating and processing monthly payroll, which includes supporting he Reward & HR Operations Specialist with monthly payroll reconciliation -Benefits Administration, which includes managing joiners and leavers - Be the first point of contact for all employee queries re systems (Oracle and ADP Freedom) -Produce weekly MI data on matters such as sickness, absence, headcount, diversity etc. -Supporting with annual CSR reporting - Helping with audit requirements / document preparation. - Provide full support to the Reward and HR Operations team during the annual year end performance and pay review cycle including but not limited to the production of letters and ad-hoc data/MI requests. Profile The successful candidate must have a degree and ideally a CIPD. Must be intermediate level (minimum) in using MS Office Excel i.e. using VLOOKUP and other complex formulae, pivot tables, macros. Must have 1-2 years of HR experience in Financial Services from an analytic perspective. Must be able to demonstrate numerical and anaytical capabilities.
