Overview
The role, reporting to the Operations Director, will be to focus on the management of the delivery of the day to day and void repairs service both commercially and operationally. The successful candidate will also contribute to the delivery of the Asset Management strategy. The role will include, but not exclusive to; Manage all aspects of the maintenance and void service Manage and monitor the performance of the team against all relevant KPIs ensuring work is completed within timescales Assist in the planning, cost maintenance and improvements to the stock Budget management Minimise risk in terms of health and safety Responsible for financial control in line with the business plan Present the plans and progress to stakeholders The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role and have experience of managing a team. They would have excellent communication skills and have a track record of working to deadlines.
