Overview
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an online retailer based in Cheadle. This is a key role to the business and would suit someone really passionate to provide excellent customer service with a problem solving outlook. The salary offered is GBP17,500 to GBP18,000 along with generous holidays and benefits working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, between 8:00am - 6:00pm with no weekends About The Role · Taking incoming calls from customers wanting to place orders over the telephone · Building strong customer relationships to result in loyalty and customer confidence · Processing the orders accurately into the system · Maintaining up to date records and logging new activity · Speaking to customers regarding queries and complaints · Following / chasing up on orders as in tracking and providing updates on estimated arrival times · Liaising with warehouse to check stock etc · Speaking to 3rd parties to check delivery · Taking payments over the telephone when required · Dealing with general product enquires · Working towards strict SLA's and targets Essential Skills & Experience · Strong administrative skills · Excellent communication skills · Confident reassuring telephone manner · Problem solving outlook and able to deal with complaints in a professional manner · Passionate to provide excellent customer service with a mature, patient and tenacious attitude · Can relate well to the customers as and when required · Strong accuracy and high attention to detail · The ability to be a team player · The skills and experience to understand and manage client expectations · Must be computer literate with MS Office knowledge · Would be advantageous if used Prima, however full training will be required About The Benefits · Starting salary of GBP17,500 to GBP18,000pa · Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00am - 6:00pm · 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 25 with length of service · Free parking · Auto Enrolment Pension · Free fruit available · Cycle to work scheme To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
