Overview

Customer Experience Executive Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a customer experience executive now available in a luxury prestige dealership based in Stockport. There are opportunities to progress with the business and excellent dealership group to work in. Key responsibilities of a Customer Experience Executive: To undertake outbound prospecting activity when required on the various types of campaigns that are available, such as 'Lapsed MOT Customers', 'Lost sales', targeted prospecting activity based on current marketing offers. Respond to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner and record all information required to support on-going customer relationship management. Qualify and build a relationship with the enquirer with a view to ensuring each one has an appointed date and time, fully understands the reason for the visit and is aware of any necessary documentation to bring with them. Undertake overflow call handling on behalf of the Sales Relationship Executives when required. Conduct any miscellaneous service type activity upon request, e.g. Customer Surveys. To take personal accountability and ownership for the resolution of any customer issues arising and their effective resolution. Accurately complete all post call administration e.g. Confirmation letter, directions, contact follow-up. To also maintain and cleanse the prospect and customer databases, ensuring they are continually kept up to date. Deliver against quarterly objectives agreed in advance with your line manager i.e. achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as agreed with your line manager in relation to both the department and the business. To ensure all company policies are implemented and adhered to in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and due diligence procedures.
