Overview
Warehouse Supervisor - Permanent Role - Starting Immediately The company specialises in providing specialist solutions across the industry. The company are passionate about people and can offer a fresh thinking environment. £24,000 to £26, to 1700 Monday to Friday. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be required to: Do you have warehouse team leader experience? Are you a great team motivator? Do you have experience of leading a small team of warehouse operatives? Do you experience of driving the company values and processes as well as ensuring targets are met? You will manage relationships across the business. You will plan the daily workload for your team. You will have goods-in and out experience. Supervise warehouse staff including organising the staff rota, training and disciplinary actions, KPI’s and holidays. Be Responsible for Health & Safety and environmental issues in the business. Ensure the quality policy within the warehouse is implemented and maintained as defined Ensure that stock is managed effectively Ensure discrepancies are highlighted and resolved To be successful in this role you will require: Warehouse Supervisory experience Experience of hiring warehouse staff, training and development.
