Overview

Quality Control Co-ordinator (Warehouse & Distribution) - Temp till June 2020 Monday to Friday - Full Time or Part Time applicants considered. 9am to 5pm / 10am till 2pm. £9.00 to £9.50 ph. Duties and responsibilities will include: Quality check products being returned to the warehouse by our wholesale partners, identifying what is suitable for resale and what is not. Liaise with factories to ensure prompt receipt of all production samples. Checking / recording of all materials. Send detailed feedback to the factory on any issues found and keep a record of these Check all samples match the approved spec. Preparation of stock for site delivery. Inform Production of any issues that could affect delivery and help to mitigate any delays Have a good eye for detail. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Manage the relationship with the 3rd Party Goods-In quality checks / returns. Timely administration of supplier shipment notification and manage customer delivery booking High levels of maths and English. Responsible for the quality control of all products on arrival at the third-party warehouse as well as produce quality control documentation Be able to work as a team. Previous experience of working in a similar quality role, is desirable but not essential. You will require: PC Skills Data Entry Proven Quality Control experience within a warehouse environment, manufacturing Excel Skills required. Well organised individual with an ability to prioritise and manage their own time Good written and verbal communication skills Positive and flexible attitude
