Overview
This is an exciting new position for a Registered Nurse who enjoys putting their skills to the test and showing a team what they're made of If you are an experience Nurse and have a valid NMC pin then apply below Nurse Responsibilities · Administer and order medicines as required by the home in accordance with the homes’ policies and procedures. · Develop, implement and review care plans, focusing on the patients and mentoring to get the most out of your team. · Follow NMC guidelines and codes in all areas of nursing in the home. · Assess clinical risks and support other staff · Ensure home is well kept and maintain excellent relationships with relative’s families Nurse Skills · Have experience of writing care plans · Ideally have experience of working with the elderly, dementia and physical disabilities · Excellent communication with people from all levels and keep organised under pressure · Have previous experience of leading teams of carers, working as a Nurse solo but also being part of a large nursing team.
