We are working exclusively with a leading specialist Neurological Rehabilitation service in Sutton-in-Ashfield who are looking for a dedicated & experienced registered nurse to step into the role of Unit Lead / Manager. This role offers you as a Nurse Unit Manager the chance to work within a supervisory capacity for a market leading healthcare provider with a growing portfolio of 25 specialist mental health & neurological rehab centres across the UK. A snapshot of the package on offer for Nurse Unit Manager: £16.85ph or up to £36,800 per annum Enhancements for overtime and bank holidays You will have genuine prospects for career development, including opportunities to move into a more senior post or develop in a specialist clinical area. Affiliation with the nearby universities to offer funding on course up to master's level 5.6 weeks' holiday Company pension scheme In house trainer This is a specialist rehab service that offers expert nursing care for those aged 18 years and above, who have severe physical and/ or cognitive & problems resulting from a brain injury as well as specialist units for those with complex mental health issues. Duties as Nurse Unit Manager will include: Working cohesively with a team of professionals including Physios, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language, Doctors and Physiatrists to ensure successful rehabilitation of your patients. Carrying out Supervisions of staff on your household Writing and coordinating your household's off duty - ensuring a well-balanced skill mix Taking part in conducting internal audits for care planning, medication and infection control. Criteria to apply for the role of Nurse Unit Manager: Either RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified with an active NMC Pin Minimum 2 years post qualification experience A passion for leading junior staff to provide an outstanding level of care for your patients.
