Have you got previous experience supporting emotional behavioural difficulties? Are you looking for an opportunity to pick up additional or flexible work? We currently have an exciting opportunity to support a cluster of children's residential homes in South Wales on a flexible basis. One of these homes is a three-bedded house in Cardiff which currently supports three males between the ages of 10 and 16. You will be working alongside an experienced team of Support Workers to provide the best possible care for children and young people who may present with challenging behaviours. This is similar to a bank Support Worker job and is a great way to add some variety to your working week while gaining experience in a variety of different settings We support a whole range of clients across Cardiff and the Vale, Newport, Torfaen, RCT and Blaenau Gwent. What can you bring to this Support Worker job? As a Support Worker, you will be passionate about encouraging young people to reach their full potential and confident in supporting challenging behaviours when needed. Due to the requirements while on shift and the rural locations of the homes, you should hold a full UK driving licence. What will you do as a Children's Residential Support Worker?
