Package Description Not all Heroes Save the World! Some change the world of individuals - Ty Melyn supports up to 3 adults with Mental Health Need , as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person. Ty Melyn is a dedicated Mental Health service, which provides a safe nurturing environment and a specialised care pathway for young people with complex Mental Health needs. We empower young people to focus on skills development and the Recovery Star Model is used to provide integral outcome measures. We support women to take risks and find innovative ways to enable them to achieve their dreams in a safe way. The ideal candidate will have: * Up-to-date with all Statutory Training * NVQ/QCF level 3 qualification or evidence of working towards an QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification * Participated in and provide positive contributions to staff Meetings * Able to effectively lead a shift as required by senior staff, including leading the staff team in the manager's absence * Willingness to carry out supervisions, RTWI's and be involved in the recruitment process * Evidence of an ability to effectively carry out in-house functional management responsibility as required by the home * A valid driving licence (would be preferable) Closing Date: 16th June 2020 To apply you will need to register on the site and tick the box that states 'you are currently employed by accomplish' when prompted.
