Overview

We are recruiting for an award winning organisation who have established themselves as an innovative and forward thinking 21st century organisation. They have consistently grown and developed as the market changes, in providing an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of high profile clients Due to this continued growth, they are now seeking an additional Pension Administration Team Leader, who will be responsible for the checking and authorising the work of the team in accordance with scheme rules and current industry legislation and for managing the personal development of team members on an ongoing basis. This will also include but not be limited to: Manage resources to ensure that scheme event and member event targets are achieved. The management and supervision of trainees/administrators. Ensure delivery of services in accordance with client Service Level Agreements. Attending Trustee or client meetings. Attendance of internal and external meetings to provide technical support and guidance on related client administration issues. Keeping up to date with technical and scheme changes. Management of ad hoc administration projects/exercises. Management of administration contacts and client relationships. Supporting the Member Services Manager. You will also be working as a Team Leader/Manager or Senior with some supervisory experience, ideally within the Third Party Administration sector together with proven experience in Defined Benefit administration.
