Customer Delivery Coordinator/ Project Support Officer - Loughborough - £25,000 INTERVIEWING NOW A superb opportunity has arisen with the UK's leading provider of critical physical infrastructure solutions. With over 30 years' experience as infrastructure and datacentre specialists, the company specialise in the design, installation, maintenance and optimisation of critical power protection and cooling services for IT. This amazing company provide energy efficient, physical IT infrastructure services for public sector, SME and corporate clients across the UK and Europe. The role: The Customer Delivery Coordinator acts as the Clients primary contact for all planned and unplanned work following set procedures. This involves constantly monitoring and management of all open cases (incidents) in the CRM system, liaising with clients, engineers, third party suppliers and internal staff to efficiently resolve these. The job holder is the interface between the clients and the business and is responsible for maximising project and service delivery to exceptionally high standards of customer service. PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential Abilities Experience of working in a service industry Experience in customer service role A proven track record in building relationships with clients and colleagues Experience of successfully resolving client issues Experience of coordinating activities and achieving key deliverables The ability to compile information from several different sources and present it in a logical manner Excellent written communication skills (including good vocabulary, correct use of grammar and good attention to detail) Desirable Abilities Knowledge of quality standards and processes such as ISO 9001 Good analytical skills Experience of working in an SME business Experience of dealing with service level contracts Experience of carrying out a commercially focused role A background in Data Centres, IT, engineering, construction, facilities management or electrical industry Be prepared to work from home for short periods of time should business dictate Does this sound like the role for you?
