THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Loughborough. This is a role with full time hours THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Dealing with customer queries over the telephone and via email Managing complaints Processing customer orders Contacting customers to deal with price/availability queries Updating customer details General administration duties EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered for this position you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including a positive phone manner, have a positive attitude, be able to deal with people at all levels and be ambitious and driven. You must also have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Competent using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also worked within a call centre or highly audited/monitored environment with experience of dealing with first line complaints.
