THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join a small team within a large organisation based in Loughborough. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced customer service professional someone who is looking for an exciting challenge The role will be to understand the customer journey and deliver business improvements. This is a permanent position working full time hours, Monday - Friday THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers in order to increase customer loyalty, retain and grow business Be part of various projects related to improvement activities Ensure complaint handling has been successfully closed off Support training events and facilitate Be part of the customer journey mapping Analyse data and monitor customer trends from our CRM system Implement changes Conduct presentations of your finding to the wider business including senior management Involved in project work EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Exception customer service skills - where you want to build on relationships and resolve issues. Always putting the customer first.
