If the answer is YES , our client want to hear from you They are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Fraud Analyst to join their team. Please note: This role will be based in Zaragoza, Spain; therefore, the successful candidate must be willing to relocate. To be considered, you must possess fluent Spanish Speaking skills. They are able to offer the successful Spanish Speaking Fraud Analyst a salary of €20,000 plus benefits including: Bonus Pension Private medical cashplan Eyecare vouchers Death in service Retail & Hospitality vouchers Cycle to work scheme Your new role: As their Spanish Speaking Fraud Analyst, you will carry out anti-fraud protocols in a way that protects the Company and its stakeholders from harm caused by fraud and error, whilst maintaining the Company’s ability to transact freely and efficiently with its customers. Key responsibilities include: Investigating new customer account using various fraud prevention tools Email checks, identify potential risks to the company in accordance with internal guidelines and polices Review of daily sign ups and duplicate accounts Detection of new fraud techniques and highlighting K.F.P to minimise risks Dealing with customer complaints and issues escalated by the Payments/Other Departments Review of User Alerts and remedying the appropriate actions Review of daily transactions in line with online regulations and risks identified by the company Handling suspicious accounts and events in accordance with company procedure Review of customer documentation and KYC checks for various jurisdictions in line with policy Review of affiliate documentation and KYC checks for business partners Prevent financial loss as a result of fraudulent behaviour Who they are looking for: Good knowledge of online payment methods, their operation and best practices for optimisation Good knowledge of the online gaming industry Proficient in MS Office Tools, including MS Excel Fluency in English and Spanish. Good attention to detail and solid analytical skills. Proactive approach. Good organisation and prioritising abilities with exceptional problem-solving skills.
