TSYS Managed Services EMEA operates managed service centres in the EMEA region on behalf of the TSYS client portfolio, including many of the world's largest banks and building societies. We provide services in the customer service, complaints, correspondence, fraud, disputes, chargeback's, collections and debt management service lines, for both consumer and commercial customers. TMS service VISA, Amex and MasterCard customers, in addition to a diverse pre-paid portfolio. TSYS Managed Services EMEA (TMS) is a TSYS company. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join TSYS Managed Services ' specialised Fraud Strategy Management Team as a Fraud Strategy Manager. The Fraud Strategy Manager will become part of the Fraud Strategy Management team and will be responsible for leading the management of a number of TMS' fraud strategy clients. The jobholder will be expected to lead the fraud strategy service provided to our clients. This will include oversight of the client rule infrastructure, owning the client relationship, and leading the continuous improvement of the fraud strategy service. We are looking for an individual who possesses the analytical mind set, maturity, common sense approach, and intelligence to hit the ground running with a very high profile client. This exciting role is offered as a permanent role for someone to come in and help develop the overall fraud strategy team with a view on continuous improvement projects as well as manage a specific client. Key Accountabilities: * Deliver against the contractual SLA performance with the client with regards to fraud, losses, rule performance, and customer interruption levels. * Optimise the management of the following tools * Deliver against the overall team vision of minimising the total cost of fraud for our clients. This needs the role holder to have a broad understanding of the workings of a UK credit card and have proven experience identifying the impact fraud and fraud strategies can have on a cards business. * Represent TMS as the face of fraud strategy in all client facing meetings - This includes providing exec level updates and presentations as part of the client management responsibility. * Communicate effectively and appropriately with both internal & external customers at all business levels. * Definition of target performance metrics and fraud architecture models. * Ongoing review of best practices in conjunction with Operational Team Managers so as to maximise performance and reduce customer impact.
