Secretary - Professional Services £18,000 to £20,000 plus benefits The Company CRA Consulting are a leading niche recruitment company who handle Financial, Legal and Office support roles for clients across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to the team an individual to assist the recruitment consultants in their daily activities, please see the below section for a breakdown of the role. The Role Working in this fast-paced sales driven environment you will be responsible for: Reception duties -receiving incoming telephone calls, opening and distributing post, meeting and greeting candidates and taking copies of identification and providing hospitality as appropriate. Supporting consultants with secretarial duties including interview confirmations, formatting CV's and issuing temporary candidate packs Maintenance of up to date data on the recruitment system Updating the website with new vacancies and news items and maintaining and being responsible for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Assist with the organization of company events to promote CRA Consulting and attend networking as appropriate. Sending out client and candidate mailshots General PA duties to the Directors. The Person You will be an organised individual as you are assisting every member in the team in a small and very busy office. You will be professional and very well presented and used to dealing with individuals at all levels from Board level down.You will remain calm under pressure and be able to manage lots of different situations You will ideally have had experience of a busy office environment and have a good telephone manner when talking to clients and potential candidates. This role would ideally suit an individual from a professional services environment and experience of working within a SME.
