Overview

Our client, a well-established and reputable International organisation, currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support within the busy Procurement department. This is a temporary ongoing assignment and for the right candidate there is the potential for the role to become permanent. The role will be varied and you will assist with a variety of administration based tasks to alleviate the workloads of the team ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key duties are as follows: • Assisting the procurement team with a variety of administration tasks • Monitoring the Procurement inbox, actioning as appropriate and following up on required information • Scanning, filing, and providing purchase orders • Daily use of the Excel and in-house CRM system • Working closely with the team on various procurement activities such as the tender process, supplier relationships and project management • Administration of the company fleet vehicle insurances, driving documentation etc. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work flexibly as part of a team. You must have excellent and accurate typing skills together with a good attention to detail. There is a lot of manual processes involved in this role and therefore the ability to work between systems is essential. You will also be a confident communicator who is able to chase up information to ensure deadlines are met. This is a great role with the opportunity to develop your skills within this area.
