Overview
Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Manufacturing client who currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide support within a busy Purchasing Department. This is a long term ongoing role reporting to the Buying Manager. This role requires you to have excellent typing skills coupled with experience of working in a fast paced environment. Duties will include but are not limited to; • Producing purchase orders • Creating and inputting orders • Expediting orders from suppliers • Ability to work to deadlines • Communicating with suppliers to ensure information on orders are correct • Data reporting • Dealing with Invoices • Assisting the procurement team with a variety of administration tasks • Ensuring the organisation has a supply of components and materials The successful candidate will be proactive, personable, and possess excellent communication skills. You will have previous experience in a similar role and to be considered candidates must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. You will also have excellent numerical skills, be able to prioritise work and have meticulous attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast moving and expanding business.
