Bristol, Assistant Manager, Residential, Commercial, Mixed development Your new role The contractor are looking to add an experienced assistant site manager to one of their new projects starting in Bristol. The project is a year and a half in duration and will incorporate both commercial and residential works throughout the project. What you'll need to succeed SMSTS/ SSSTS, CSCS First aid. You must have experience within both as it will require both elements. They are residential properties to build and commercial units, shops & a retail unit within the complex.
