Building Services Design Engineer
Overview
Permanent post for a building services design engineer working with a consultancy in South Manchester Your new company This is a family run business that works across commercial sector projects. 90% of their work is commercial office space refurbishments. You will be working as part of a small team located in newly refurbished office. Your new role In this role you will take ownership of the project you will be working on. Delivering design, specification, calcs, sizing and feasibility studies. You will be working as part of a small team and therefore you will need to work autonomously. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree qualified in building services or equivalent with post graduate work experience. You will be either mechanically or electrically biased with experience working on commercial sector projects. You will be computer literate with proficient use of AutoCAD and/ or Revit MEP.
