UK Building Consultancy looking for Building Surveyor to join there Manchester office Your new company Your new company are a UK wide Building Consultancy with a particular focus in the commercial sector, working on some quite high profile projects across the country. After years of building up a fantastic reputation with high quality work and a professional attitude, they are now at a period of growth again and as such are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor to further strengthen their Manchester office. Your new role If you're a Building Surveyor that has 12 months experience and looking to complete your APC and become Chartered then this is a role to get excited about. As previously mentioned the company works on a number of prestigious projects across the UK, and as such you will receive a varied workload and experience across a range of professional and project based Building Surveying responsibilities - dilapidation's, party wall, due diligence, contract admin, building pathology, development, sustainability and much more. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in applying for this role you will ideally have around 12 months consultancy experience, any APC diary logged would also definitely be an advantage - but what they really want is someone professional and confident that will be able to handle liaising with their commercial clients, and someone that is driven to complete their APC and become Chartered with the company.
