Overview

We are looking for people that want to make a difference As a Care Assistant in Brighton, Lewes, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas, you'll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care. This role is a chance to make a real difference to people's lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals. Your duties will vary, including anything from supporting service users with personal care, support them with eating and dressing, following care plans and support them with developing relationships in their local communities. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients.
