Project Manager | Commercial Build | Glasgow Your new company A very well established main contractor that have been delivering commercial, education, stadia and leisure projects to an extremely high standard for over 60 years. This award winning organisation now have staff numbers over 250 and operate across UK Ireland and Europe. After continual success and growth in their turnover this company are now in a very secure financial situation and are therefore looking to recruit a Project Manager. Your new role In your new role you will oversee the full construction process for multi million pound projects. You will manage Site engineers, foremen and sub contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.You will report directly back to the Scottish Operations Manager as well as the commercial team and be responsible for producing RAMS. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with a main contractor successfully delivering Multi million pound new build projects. You will be personable with the highest level of communication skills across all platforms . You will need a SMSTS Certificate, a Black CSCS and a First Aid Certificate. What you'll get in return You will receive a very competitive salary of between £50000 - £60000 Car Allowance and a very generous benefits package.
