Job Description

Applications are being sought a 12 month fixed term post for an Industry Collaboration Project Manager, for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHS GGC). NHS GGC is looking to appoint an Industry Collaboration Project Manager, to work with the Scottish Government Innovation team to plan, manage and deliver agreed open collaboration projects in priority areas. You will be additionally be responsible for coordination of meetings of the National NHS and Social Care Innovation - Test Bed Governance Group, quarterly Innovation Network meetings and national showcasing events. We are looking for someone with proven project management skills. Experience of managing projects within the NHS or similar large and complex organisations is desirable. You will should have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of clinical research/ innovation and experience of working with industry partners would be useful. You will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, delivery and financial costing and management. You will be part of a small National Innovation Team, co-located with the West of Scotland Innovation Team. You will be based Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with some cross working across Scotland.
