Salary: 35,000 - 44,000 DOE There has never been a more exciting time to become part of the iomart family, is it time for you to join us? Within the last 12 months we have reached record numbers in both revenue and headcount, achieving annual revenue of 100 million for the first time since our conception and growing our team to over 400 employees. But we're not finished yet. Over the next five years we have ambitious plans to double the size of our business, increasing our annual revenue to 200 million, and we need the best talent the industry has to offer to help us achieve this. The key focus of this role is to ensure the technical solutions of all customers are implemented within budget and timescale. Leading a team of experts, you will ensure that all new contracts and services for iomart Group are deployed seamlessly within all data centres. You will ensure that all platforms are handed over to the support team fully documented. You will be technically capable, but also extremely customer focused and able to provide confidence and reassurance to clients on meeting our project objectives. You will mentor and coach a team of experts who will deploy solutions up to customer acceptance and sign-off stage. Travel to iomart Group's offices/data centres and customer premises is a requirement of this role. + Experience working with MS Project + Agile experience + Excellent operational delivery skills + Scrum knowledge + Excellent customer facing skills The following knowledge, experience and skills are advantageous although not essential: + Prince 2 + Good working knowledge and understanding of IP Networks, IP control systems and IP systems architecture, eg.
