Graduate Level or APC Level Acquisition Surveyor, Cambridge, Permanent, Salary up to £28,000 company car Your new company We're pleased to be working with a highly experienced multi-disciplined surveying and project management consultancy, based in Cambridge. The organisation offers end to end property solutions and specialist acquisitions advice for a range of national blue-chip technology companies across Cambridge and London. The company is innovative in their approach with a supportive and commercial culture. Based in brand new offices, the company are looking to support a general practice, or acquisition surveyor through their APC. Your new role Due to internal move and promotion the company is looking to recruit a Graduate Level Acquisition Surveyor. As a Graduate Level Surveyor or APC Surveyor you'll be joining an established team of 8 experienced Surveyors. You will working in the consultancy services team, undertaking site meetings, site acquisitions. This is a client facing position where you will need to meet high-profile clients in the region and in London to assist with acquisitions as well as identifying new and upgrade solutions. What you'll need to succeed As a Graduate Level Acquisition Surveyor you will have an RICS accredited degree in a General Practice Surveying or Real Estate related subject. It would be useful if you are currently working towards your APC, with the aim of becoming chartered though this is not essential. The company is taking on increasingly broad commercial property related work and so experience of either commercial property, rural or utilities, would be beneficial. Experience or knowledge of valuations would also be useful. Given this is a client facing position, you will need to have the confidence to regularly meet with clients and to attend site meetings with contractors a required.
