Permanent opportunity for a Senior Surveyor with M&E expertise, based in North Manchester. Your new company This is one of the largest housing associations in the UK, with over 50,000 properties and constantly adding to the portfolio. They have a great office in Manchester with over 300 people based out of here and are looking to grow the asset team further by recruiting a Senior Surveyor with M&E/ building services expertise. Your new role Ensure projects are delivered within regulations , to high standard and on time. Monitor contractors on site and make sure the M&E services are installed correctly. Monitor and maximise performance of services Deliver performance reports to the asset manager What you'll need to succeed You will need to posses excellent knowledge and expertise of mechanical and electrical services, and will be familiar with the relevant regulations and legislation. You will have great communication skills and be able to manage a team of contractors on site.
