Data Architect, ED, Executive Director, Bank, Cloud, SQL, Oracle, Data Architecture An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Director level Data Architect to join a major European Investment Bank. The Data Architect will be reporting into the Head of Regulatory Markets Technology and will be joining a global team of approximately 600 people. Depending on the candidate, this may be a management or standalone role. The Data Architect will be tasked with implementing appropriate architecture to allow ease of extraction of appropriate regulatory reporting data for global business stakeholders, which will in turn assist in the creation of a self service culture. The Data Architect will have a good knowledge of banking regulations, including trade and transaction reporting as well as a good knowledge of a range of asset classes from front to back end. They will also have strong Cloud experience, as well as experience of working on global projects previously. This is part a technology, part strategy and part delivery role which will require liaison with global stakeholders from across business and technology.
