Overview
Internal Sales Advisor Dovetail Recruitment are currently working with a growing and well established company in Ringwood in recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor. The team are very friendly and the role is fast paced. Over time the responsibilities of the successful Internal Sales Advisor will increase and you will be working with Sales Managers on certain client accounts, assisting them with queries and quotes and processing orders. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing customer’s account, building relationships with key contacts Administrative duties including despatching, invoicing, running sales reports, running customer analysis reports. Handling inbound and outbound calls dealing with customer orders, queries, quotations and suppliers. Creating and maintaining good customer relationships by providing weekly sales calls and prompt email communication. Logistics management and problem solving; dealing with courier companies and the warehouse team ensuring that any issues with orders are resolved promptly and efficiently. Organising the external sales team diaries, booking appointments and keeping them up to date with their current and prospect clients enquiries and orders Knowledge and Experience GCSE grades C and above Excellent communication skills Motivated and keen to learn Organised Salary and Benefits Depending on experience Commission Free Parking Monday - Friday hours 20 days holidays bank holidays This Internal Sales Advisor position would suit recent graduates with some work experience or people with customer service experience in an office based role.
