Overview
Alarm Operator £20,000 - £21,000 Bristol I am recruiting for an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) Operator to join a local company who are at the forefront of their industry and have some exceptional contracts nationally. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all alarms and data received into the Communications Centre is processed in accordance with the requirements of Industry Standards. Issuing of and the control of alarm remote resets To control the suspension and close down of all Clients reported incidents. Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions Be able to process all out going telephone calls To identify to the management team any problems identified/experienced with Contractor call placements and/or responses to call requests made Be able to action all Electronic mail (Email) Ensure accurate records are entered and maintained onto the database Report details of any faulty equipment to the SSS Management team To provide assistance and support to the Supervisors and Assistant Manager Be prepared to attend any training sessions as required Assist the Management Team in ensuring that all staff and visitors to the Communications Centre comply with Security checks and all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
