Requirements You will join to * Help the organisation understand the needs, challenges and wishes of users today and in the future from Cookpad's point of view. * Lead, shape and conduct user research based on in-depth understanding of the product and design needs, as well as Cookpads mission. * Draw insights from research together with other stakeholders and put into documents in a crisp and clear manner. * Develop robust and efficient research to help the team move even faster than today... * Continuously find smarter and more effective ways to connect with users from every corner of the world, and answer user-related questions. Experience * Extensive years of experience conducting user research at top tier global design firms and/or management consulting firms. * Go-to-market strategy for online consumer products. * Living and working in multiple countries, including countries where your native language is not the common language, and gained first hand exposure to different lifestyles. Experience of both European and Asian countries is a plus. * Strong ability to translate research findings into relevant insights for designers, product owners and other stakeholders. * Experience working with a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative methods including in-depth interviews, remote research, prototype testing, usability testing, surveys, market landscape analysis. * Great storytelling and communication skills to address a wide range of stakeholders. * Cooking at home on a regular basis, nothing fancy, just everyday cooking. * Experience with advanced quantitative analysis and tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus Attributes * Hands-on, not a manager * Agile, quick and dirty.
