Customer Service Advisor Job Liverpool Speke Your new company Your new employer is a large, facilities management and infrastructure business with various bases across the UK. They are now looking to employ several schedulers and customer service advisors initially on an ongoing basis with the view of going permanent. Your new role Your new job will be overseeing the provision of assigning and programming work orders, ensuring teams are equipped with job packs as necessary. You will be maintaining accurate records of work that is either completed or in-progress, ensuring KPIs are met and servicing the client where needed whilst being compliant with Health and Safety provisions. What you'll need to succeed The ideal applicant will have significant experience within a similar capacity. You will have exceptional organisational skills and possess outstanding written and verbal skills, as well as being results-orientated with good computer and administrative skills. What you'll get in return Our client is offering a rate of £9.36 PAYE / £8.21 basic (due to increase) with the view of a permanent contract.
