We're looking for a digital producer / project manager with 3 years of experience in managing digital product development within Media or Technology Industries. Monterosa is the award-winning leader in audience interaction technology, behind some of the biggest interactive TV shows and sporting events including Love Island, EA Sport/Premier League Player of the Month and many others. All of our products and fan experiences are powered by our LViS platform . Our small and friendly team is distributed between Liverpool, London and Minsk with strong ties and everyday collaboration between us. As a digital producer at Monterosa, you get to develop and deliver some of the most successful entertainment and sports apps globally. A combination of project management, product management, creative development and client communication, Monterosa producers are the multi-talented driving force behind all of our client solutions projects. If you have prior experience leading development teams within client-facing environments and want a new challenge, this is a great opportunity for you What you'll be doing As the leader of a multi-disciplinary project team, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of our products. This involves gathering requirements, writing the application specification and managing client communications from kick off to final transmission & take responsibility for managing the team of developers, designers and QA to deliver the solution. You’ll need to be a great communicator, able to explain business requirements to developers and in a constructive and clear way. Producers are team players and work especially closely with the Tech Lead in the team, their partner in the leadership of the projects and products of the team. You will also use these communications skills to keep the client and stakeholders informed at all stages to delivery and deployment of the status of your project. You should apply if A background in digital product management, production or project management within a digital/mobile agency or TV environment Delivery experience of mobile web and native iOS and Android apps, with high-level technical understanding and comfortable in a dev team standup Demonstrable Agile experience Client focus and positive, can-do attitude and a passion for entertainment and/or sports Proficient oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment.
