We're reliability-obsessed and work together to secure, monitor and scale our proprietary platform running primarily on AWS. We’re looking for an engineer who will help us to keep the quality of our service at the highest level possible and to improve our processes and systems over time. Monterosa is the award-winning leader in audience interaction technology, behind some of the biggest interactive TV shows and sporting events including Love Island, EA Sport/Premier League Player of the Month and many others. All of our products and fan experiences are powered by our LViS platform . Our small and friendly team is distributed between Liverpool, London and Minsk with strong ties and everyday collaboration between us. Responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely. What you'll be doing Implement integrations requested by customers Deploy updates and fixes Provide Level 2 technical support Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems Perform root cause analysis for production errors Investigate and resolve technical issues Develop scripts to automate visualisation Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance You should apply if Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role Good knowledge of Ruby Working knowledge of databases and SQL Passion for cloud-based services and experience with AWS Proficient oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment.
