Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within a well-established Property Management Company based in London. They are looking to hire a Portfolio Accountant to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience. Create budget templates. Preparing profit and loss balance sheet reports. Experience of the audit process and liaising with external auditors. Filed statutory accounts. Creating budget templates and enter them into the system. Producing end of year accounts to include cost allocation and reviewing and preparation of variances. The Person Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant or Management Accountant. Experience in a senior/team leader role. Proven track record for improving process efficiencies. Advance Excel skillset Energetic, decisive and a team player. IT literate.
