Overview
Project Lead - Source to Pay - S2P. Circa £65K Comprehensive Benefits Package. 18 Months Fixed Term Contract. Central London. T6/MN/17788. Global organisation is seeking to secure an IT Project Lead to manage the technical work stream and implementation of a Global Source to Pay - S2P solution. Applicants will have experience of delivering on the implementation of an ERP - S2P solution. The role holder must have strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience. Skills and experience required: ERP - S2P - lifecycle implementation experience - covering procurement management etc., - Highly Desirable to have SAP Ariba experience but not essential. Phased approach implementation experience Understanding of cutover planning Multinational implementation experience Understanding of IT infrastructure and technology development / deployment preferably in Web / Cloud based solutions Experience of managing large and complex change projects - covering business processes, technology, data and reporting Project Management - delivering projects on time, to budget and to a quality standard Budget Responsibilities - work alongside the Lead Project Manager - to detail, and then deliver against the IT project budget Risk management, financial management and quality assurance experience Managing offshore project teams Run content rich interactive workshops Leading the improvement of data analysis Understanding of system architectures & upgrade strategies Experience of transitioning implementations into support and the resulting impacts Proven experience of utilising and leading change management activities including stakeholder management, change impact assessment and managing resistance, building change capacity and designing & defining roles and responsibilities. Have drive and enthusiasm - demonstrates accountability and collaboration Excellent communication skills (written & oral English) - ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organisation to C-Suite Cultural awareness and experience of delivering international solutions Desirable skills and experience: Experience of implementing ERP solutions or systems in challenging country environments Experience in a range of business process and systems including Procurement Systems (SAP Ariba), Financial Systems (Agresso), HR Systems (Oracle), and Planning and M&E, Awards/Grant Management systems, Advocacy, Supply Chain and Supporter Database/CRM.
