Overview
A Management Accountant is required to join a leading Manufacturing company based in Southampton, on a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful Management Accountant will be offered a generous benefits package, on-site free parking and an opportunity to add great value to finance processes. In this key role, the successful Management Accountant will be assisting with managerial planning and commercial decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial information. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Management Accountant will be responsible for the following: Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements Undertaking financial administration and internal audits Accountability for cash flow and production of forecasts What you'll need to succeed: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) Worked in the following roles: Senior Management Accountant / Management Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller Experience within the following sectors would be beneficial: Manufacturing / Distribution / Logistics What you will get: Flexible working hours On-site free parking True job satisfaction Generous benefits package The Niche Partnership is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
