Overview

Badenoch Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find a driven and passionate leader to join a reputable Care & Support provider. As Head of Domestic Abuse & Modern Slavery you will play a key role within the Senior Operations Team providing outstanding operational leadership and strategic development to the Domestic Abuse and Modern Slavery response services. This is a 13 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Key duties for the role will include: Ensure that services meet the needs of users and service design and delivery is co-produced Work in partnership with the Directorate to shape the strategic direction of domestic abuse and modern slavery response Externally represent the organisation as an expert authority on domestic abuse and modern slavery Maintain up to date knowledge on developments, best practice and trends within areas of responsibility Ensure that all services operate within budget and fulfil contractual obligations The ideal candidate for the role will hold: Experience leading Domestic Abuse and/or Modern Slavery provisions Ability to navigate within a political environment Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address Badenoch & Clark Badenoch & Clark specialise in senior to exec level recruitment across corporate services, asset management & housing development, sales & marketing and care and support roles.
