WEB ANALYST £45,000 BONUS CENTRAL LONDON Five digital analysts to join a leading telecoms company to help partake in the huge digital transformation that is currently being undertaken. With a passion and interest in analysing website performance and the desire to progress and upskill in this space. THE COMPANY: This is an opportunity to work with a leader in the telecoms industry. They are seeking 5 hungry Digital Analysts to take the lead in understanding the behaviour of their customers. You would be joining the advanced analytics team to inevitably enhance customer journeys across both web and app. THE ROLE: Analysing and pulling meaningful insights, reporting on the traffic and mapping out the customer journey and development of visualisation. The role will involve regular reporting on the traffic as well as analysing the conversion. You will enhance insights by merging web analytics data with additional data sources from all the different customer touch points. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: As the Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience: Commercial experience with visualisation, reporting and optimisation tools Proven web analytics experience - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/GA360, SQL, R, Python Commercial mentality with good communication and presentation skills of complex data to a diverse audience Mathematical/statistical background is a bonus but not essential THE BENEFITS: Up to £45,000pa (depending on experience) Discretionary bonus HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Kirsten Swanepoel via the Apply link on this page.
