Overview
I am delighted to be supporting a well-known Wembley based client in recruiting a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This role carries an excellent a bove average salary of £63,500 and will be based in the Head Office. Key task will include the following, can you demonstrate experience in Reviewing and continuously developing HR policy and procedure in line with current legislation Management of complex ER Line management of 2 x HR Specialist to ensure they perform to the best of their ability Reward and benefits strategy Positively influencing performance through robust performance management channels Providing advice on change management and restructure/TUPE Talent mapping/succession planning Employee engagement Promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the business Please email me for further details and I will schedule a call to discuss.
