The Role This is a telephone based customer service role working within the Customer Success Team and working closely with the BD and the Marketing teams, to include Onboarding new customers Contacting existing customers Scheduling calls for the Enterprise Solutions team Qualifying new leads and trialists Your role will be to improve the onboarding experience and build strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service The Candidate You will have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales / telephone based Excellent written and communication skills Some knowledge of cloud and business software (Gdocs, Excel , PP) Genuine interest in Tech Good Time Management skills Looking for career progression This is a rare and exciting role working with a Company that offers great benefits and great work/life balance. apply now
