Based in central Brighton in a great location our client is looking for a customer service advisor to join their growing team. Description The key responsibilities of the customer service advisor will be: Reviewing arrears and agree plans with customers Monitoring arrears performance Dealing with high volumes of incoming & outgoing calls Contributing to the effectiveness of the Collections Team through team work Data entry and system updates Managing your own time and working to deadlines Work in line with company policies, procedures and timescales Profile The successful customer service advisor will have: Minimum of 6 months direct collections knowledge Minimum of 12 months relevant customer service advisor knowledge Excellent Customer Services skills Great IT skills Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload Excellent verbal, written & oral communication skills Be proactive Job Offer £22,000-£25,000
