Overview
Our client, who is a very reputable, well-established business based on the outskirts of Norwich, is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Full-time role £16,500 salary Temp to perm basis (with the view for this to become a permanent role) To deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner whilst having the ability to be pro-active in converting enquires into sales. To be able to offer solutions to customers and having both the customers and company's interests in mind. You will be working alongside the supportive team in answering all calls and emails and making sure that everything is recorded on the internal system. To handle sales enquiries and be pro-active with turning the new enquiries into sales Having a great attention to detail whilst taking down customer details and ensuring all information is recorded To conduct outgoing calls to customers and suppliers efficiently Handle the online chat service, responding to customers in a timely manner To minimise the amount of returns and cancellations that the business receives To be able to work under pressure Order processing The ideal candidate: To have previous experience of working in a customer service and office environment To have experience of answering a high volume of incoming calls, with the ability to confidently make outbound calls Confident, professional and personable Strong administrative skills and to be confident with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
