Overview
Position: Head chef Location: Edinburgh Package: up to 42k QHR chefs are currently working with one of the leading restaurant, bar, club and hotel operators in Scotland. With several different venues across Edinburgh they are recognised for leading the way in style, service and quality of offer. They currently have a head chef role available. You will need to have at least 2 years Head chef experience as this is a very busy fresh food kitchen and bar that needs a real head chef at the helm to lead the team and deliver targets on amonthy basis. You will also need to be financially aware and worked in delivering kitchen targets on a regular basis.
