An opportunity has now arisen for an Ear Wax Removal Technician to join their team. The Role As an Ear Wax Removal Technician, you will undertake ear wax removal appointments at clinics throughout Northern Ireland, providing a high-quality service to patients. After receiving your training and passing your competency assessments, you will perform ear wax removals at assigned branches, arriving in plenty of time and setting up in a professional manner. Your role will involve: - Maintaining your knowledge of all relevant professional and technical developments - Completing and returning medical forms to the relevant department - Ensuring that all revenue opportunities are captured, co-ordinated and maximised About You To join our client as an Ear Wax Removal Technician, you will need: - A customer service background - To be IT literate - At a minimum, GCSE level qualifications (or equivalent) - A full, clean driving licence Other organisations may call this role Ear Wax Technician, Hearing Technician, Ear Care Technician, or Ear Care Practitioner. We are also keen to hear from those who have held the role for Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Executive, Customer Support Rep, Customer Service Representative, or Customer Care Advisor.
