Leadership & Learning Specialist

Your new company Hays HR is delighted to be working alongside a international professional services organisation who are keen to add a highly experienced HR/L&D professional to their Belfast site. The successful candidate will become the new Leadership & Learning Specialist for this organisation's financial services division. Joining a global company keen to continue business growth despite the current uncertainty which surrounds the market. If you are seeking to specialise in L&D with an international business then this is the role for you Your new role As the new Leadership and Learning Specialist, you will have a great level of autonomy to work with line managers to identify training needs and to then design and implement bespoke E-Learning programmes for staff of all levels. Utilising blended learning techniques, you will act as a partner for staff and see them progress in the business as a result of the programmes that you have implemented. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree focusing on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Management, or other related areas Prior experience in a Professional Services firm is preferred, but not a prerequisite Experience of working with Finance would be advantageous Confidence and proficiency delivering a range of face-to-face and virtual training courses Some experience of designing effective learning interventions such as face-to-face workshops, webinars and other learning programmes What you'll get in return You will gain the opportunity to work with a Magic Circle Law Firm.
