This company is an established IT Managed Service Provider based in Central London. Passionate about service, they place great emphasis on the customer. They provide IT services from Cloud & Connectivity to end user support. An opportunity for a Service Desk Manager to join this company, supporting their growing customer base, has arisen. The successful candidate will have experienced outsourced IT support on a range of technologies including Microsoft, HP, SOPHOS, Cloud & Business Continuity. They will manage and guide their IT service desk in providing services to their client base. The role will require you to be able delegate work to the members of the team, manage tickets and ensure client SLA's are upheld. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage service desk team - Manage PSA & IT automation tools - Manage queues, SLA's & ensure customer satisfaction - Manage incident escalations - Manage ticket allocation to team - Assist team to excel in their technical service delivery - Report service performance - Ensure documented technical solutions are delivered - Maintain & Improve Customer Experience Secondary Responsibilities: - Provision & deploy users on multiple platforms (Office 365/AD etc.) - Provide professional remote support for incidents & requests - Perform admin functions on Server & Cloud - Assist with testing new technology - Support network equipment (Firewall, Switches, Printers etc.) Candidates must have excellent management, communication & organisation skills, possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and have a proven track record in customer service. Candidate requirements: - Minimum 5yrs experience - At least 2yrs team management experience - Experienced outsourced IT (MSP) - Ideally holding IT accreditations e.g. Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, MCP's - Excellent understanding of IT practices (Support, Applications, Cloud) - Self-motivated able to work in a fast-moving environment Why apply?
