HR Assistant The HR Assistant role has a very generalist nature, incorporating several aspects of HR in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The firm has over 1000 employees in their City of London office, requiring an adaptable but friendly person to join the busy HR Function. Description Due to the high volume of recruitment, the HR Assistant will be taking ownership of the employee life cycle, on boarding all new starters and conducting inductions. You will also get involved in the recruitment cycle, helping to coordinate the process and liaise with agencies to meet the demand for more heads. You will initially be responsible for minute taking in ER meetings, but eventually you will have the capacity to lead lower level cases. From payroll, to employee benefits and employee engagement initiatives, this role will give you the opportunity to thrive in all areas of HR, including company wide projects too.
